  • A comprehensive suite of project management documents and templates linked to a master product checklist which is agreed to by the client and our Project Manager for every project.

  • Effective risk management across projects through the development of appropriate project management tools, such as; as risk management plan and strategy, risk and issue registers;

  • Project and program dashboard reporting which links directly to project plans, reports and risk and issue registers (as required).

AREA3 was appointed as Project Manager for the delivery of Devlin Street Ryde by Best Living.  This luxurious residential development comprises twenty three residential apartments with a mix of one, two and three bedrooms and includes two commercial units.

The scope of services includes project management services to the developer prior to inception.  Support during the approvals process and Construction Certificate and superintendent role during the on-site phase.

AREA3 has been engaged by premier developer Mulpha Norwest to Project Manage the delivery of stage 1 of The Residences at Mulgoa Rise, Sydney.

AREA3 has been appointed as Project Manager for the delivery of Myrtle Street Botany by View East Developments.  This residential development comprises three three-storey residential apartment buildings comprising of two townhouses, eight apartments with a single level basement car parking to provide 17 car parking spaces.
