Our infrastructure advisory team have contributed to the successful planning, procurement and delivery of major projects with a value in excess of A$12 billion.

bendigo hospital development

The Bendigo Hospital Project is the largest regional hospital development in Victorian history, poised to deliver a world class hospital solution for Bendigo and the Loddon Mallee region.

AREA3 were appointed as Project Manager for the project in July 2010, engaged directly by the Department of Health.

As part of our Project Management and Delivery Services we provided the following:  

  • project management procedures;

  • risk analysis and management;

  • contractor selection and appointment;

  • procurement controls and contracts;

  • approvals co-ordination;

  • performance reporting.
