AREA3 were engaged by NBN Co as Project Manager for the development of their new Melbourne office. This project consisted of a fit-out and migration from their existing office location.
The project was managed under a strict budget. The client and design team worked with the contractor to refine works scope to meet budget expectations.
Our role centred on managing the procurement options so that the works could be staged to meet a progressive occupancy and to make use of procurement savings.
cleveland st, redfern, office fit-out, $1.2m
AREA3 was engaged as the Project Managers to manage and oversee a $1.2m new office fit-out on behalf of the NSW Government (Department Confidential) located in the Sydney suburb of Redfern.
As the Principal Consultant, AREA3 led the project from initial planning and design through to project completion. This project was delivered under tight budget and program constraints in order to allow for the relocation of employees. AREA3 also acted as the Superintendent for the delivery. The project was a first in Agile delivery for the client.
employsure, nsw office fit-out $2.3m
AREA3 were engaged as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the new Employsure office in the Sydney CBD. The works included converting 3,040m2 of shell and core base building into a high quality and functional work environment within a tight program.
AREA3 completed the full range of project management services to complete this project within the required timeframe and approved budget ($3.2m AUD).
