Terms of Use


1.1.     Welcome to the AREA3 company website (the “Site”).  Before you begin using the Site, you must agree to the below stated Terms of Use.

1.2.     This space is managed by AREA3; your use of this Site is deemed to be acceptance of the Terms of Use outlined in this agreement.

1.3.     AREA3 Pty Ltd is an Australian consultancy operating as a private limited company; any reference to “AREA3”, “we” or “us” references AREA3 Pty Ltd as appropriate.


2.1.     You agree to only use this Site for lawful purposes, and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this Site by any third party.  This includes conduct which is unlawful or which may harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person, the transmission of obscene or offensive content or disruption to the Site.

2.2.     You must not post or transmit via the Site any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive or scandalous material or any material that constitutes or encourages conduct which would contravene any law.

3.2.     AREA3 do not provide any warranty in relation with the use of the Ste or as to the currency, completeness or accuracy of the information contained on the Site.
